Personal Motivations to Exercise:

How do I motivate clients?
Clients come to me because they have committed themselves to a "better lifestyle". It is my goal to provide them the BEST workout for THEIR body. I will only give my clients the workout their bodies can handle and as they succeed in their workouts and see their endurance, flexibility and stamina increase so does their motivation.
Current Fitness Regime:
I currently have a very rigorous weight lifting program that I stick to. Everyday I work on a different muscle group allowing for maximum production of new muscle fibers and rest of already worked muscles.
Exercise promotes a disciplined lifestyle and creates an attitude of, Ã¢â?¬Å?sound body and sound mind.Ã¢â?¬ï¿½ This discipline transfers to other life pursuits in that it helps develop a positive self image.
Training session are completed in your home or fitness center in Lakewood. There is no membership required with your personal training and you can use the gym after the session to do cardio, suana, shower, etc.
